I grew up in a home that often didn't feel safe.
Somewhere along the way I started believing there was something wrong with me.
Then life finally gave me everything I'd been chasing. From the outside, it looked like I'd made it. Inside I was angry. Restless. Empty.
It took me years to understand what that emptiness was. Nothing had ever been fundamentally wrong with me. Nobody had simply taught me how my mind worked.

From the book:
The author is not a monk and not a therapist. He built seven-figure companies from nothing and crossed more than eighty countries. He had the money, the status, the freedom, and a pane of glass between himself and all of it. It nearly cost him his life, twice. What followed was seven years of learning how the mind actually works, and this book. The manual he needed and never got.
I would rather you close the tab now than buy something that was never meant for you.
If there's one thing I hope you never take away from this book, it's the idea that I have the answers.
I don't.
I'm just someone who spent most of his life looking for them.
This book wasn't written because I figured life out.
It was written because I got tired of living in the same loops, asking the same questions, chasing the same promises that never seemed to deliver what they promised.
My story started long before business.
Long before travel.
Long before spirituality.
I grew up in a home that often didn't feel safe.
Then came school, where I learned what rejection, bullying and loneliness felt like.
Somewhere along the way I started believing there was something wrong with me.
That belief became obesity.
Then bulimia.
Then years of trying to become someone who would finally feel worthy of love, acceptance and peace.
The army taught me discipline, resilience and responsibility.
It also left me carrying battles long after I took the uniform off.
When I moved to London I had almost nothing.
There were days I genuinely didn't know how I'd pay rent or buy food.
I promised myself that one day I'd become successful enough that I'd never feel that fear again.
So I built businesses.
I became obsessed with growth.
I founded companies, built teams of more than a hundred people, helped grow multiple seven figure businesses, lived in fourteen countries and travelled to more than eighty.
Every goal became another mountain.
Every mountain revealed another one behind it.
I kept thinking happiness was waiting at the next achievement.
Then life finally gave me everything I'd been chasing.
I fell deeply in love.
My businesses were doing better than ever.
From the outside, it looked like I'd made it.
Inside...
I was angry.
Restless.
Empty.
For the first time I couldn't blame my circumstances.
I had everything I thought I wanted.
So why did something still feel missing?
That question changed the direction of my life.
I stopped trying to fix my life and started trying to understand the one living it.
For the next seven years I immersed myself in psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, meditation, spirituality, contemplative traditions and anything else that might help me understand why we suffer, why we repeat the same patterns, and whether lasting peace was actually possible.
Slowly something unexpected happened.
I realised nothing had ever been fundamentally wrong with me.
Nobody had simply taught me how my mind worked.
That single realization changed everything.
The Path to Unknowing is the book I wish someone had handed me years ago.
Not another philosophy.
Not another belief system.
Not another person asking you to follow them.
Just a flashlight.
An invitation to question what you've been taught, look beneath the stories you've carried for years, and discover that the peace you've been searching for was never waiting somewhere else.
It has been quietly waiting beneath everything you believed yourself to be.
If this book helps you remember even a small part of that...
Then every step of my journey was worth it.
I post one idea a day from the book. No hustle, no highlight reel.
Fourteen countries. One question that would not leave me alone.
"Your mind works like a device you can master."
Pam, early reader"It was not just a guy reading from a textbook."

For after the book
The book gives you the map. This walks you through the territory: the seventeen practices from the book as a guided course, in order, one layer at a time.
Guided audio for every practice, written instructions, and the order to do them in. Built to be lived inside full days, not around empty ones.
Doors open when the first group is ready. No payment now; the list holds your price. Try the first practice free before you decide. The guided audio is narrated in my voice, generated with AI from my own recordings. I am telling you that because this whole project runs on saying things straight.
"He is one of those people who makes you stop and think differently."
Deddy, podcast hostThirty minutes. No pitch, no script, and no obligation to continue. If it is not a fit I will say so on the call rather than after it.
The book is the manual. Some people want someone walking next to them while they use it.
I take a small number of people for one to one work. We start with a conversation, not a pitch: you tell me where you are, I tell you honestly whether I can help. If I cannot, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

This path does not lead to a better you.
It leads back to the one who was here
before the noise, before the stories,
waiting in the quiet the whole time.
Take the first step. I will keep pace.
